We are thankful for another month of our portfolio growing to a new record, especially while the stock market yo-yos. We also can’t help but notice and get super excited that our estimated yearly return is closing in on $10,000. So close.
LATAM Energy has launched! We really had to search hard to find money this month for investing. This was done by finding ways to save on our grocery bill (switching to store brands and ordering bulk spices), and eliminating or changing subscriptions (vitamins, sunscreen, etc.). These small changes enabled us to be one of the first LATAM investors!
All other investments have been paused as we focus on building a position in LATAM. Our first goal is to work towards $15,000, then we will reassess. We like the region, currency diversification, and the projected 10-12% IRR LATAM provides.
All Energea dividends continue to be reinvested in the portfolios that produced them.
Our IRR continues to remain in the sweet spot of 11-12%.
