Total: $41,400 – Goal $360,000
IRR: 10.7% – Last 30 days
Est. Yearly Return: $4,429 (41,400 * 0.107 = 4,429)
Notes:
Reported a couple of days early due to the holidays.
After investing in Energea for about a year across all available portfolios (Brazil, Africa, USA), I would like to raise the IRR to over 11% and ideally up to the historic 12%.
Consider allocating any contributions made next month to the Brazil portfolio (13.9% IRR) and the Africa portfolio (9.8% IRR) to increase the IRR. By stopping additional contributions going into the USA portfolio (7.1% IRR), I can reduce the drag on the total IRR.
All portfolios will have dividends reinvested back into themselves.
I’ll keep an ear out for the new LATAM portfolio, which is rumored to have a 10% IRR. If it is released and looks good, I’ll redirect contributions to build a holding there.
