There are multiple ways of contact at the bottom of their webpage. Our preferred method has been email, but you can schedule a meeting as well. We have reached out several times, and a response has always come within 24 hours.
It didn’t matter when our portfolios total was $800 at the beginning of our journey or at $80,000 like when we reached out today. Our questions have always been promptly responded to and, most importantly, answered thoroughly without any need for us to follow up further.
App/Website – Does Gray ever sleep? Their app and website should be winning awards, if they aren’t already! The amount of time and skill that was involved with getting these both to where they are today is a testament to Energeas willingness to put in the hours and effort, all for our benefit. Energea doesn’t need to be this transparent, but they choose to. And a good thing too, we love having access to all the data and information!
Where in the world is Mike – How many frequent flier miles does Mike have? Watch the webinars, he is constantly on the move. Checking in on our investments, exploring more opportunities, and promoting Energea. He’s in Brazil, no wait Africa, now in Columbia, or is it the US he’s in? At the time of this writing he is on a 6 week trip abroad. We can never be sure of what country he’ll be in, but the webinars show he is on the ground exactly where he can have the biggest impact for us. We can’t wait to hear the results of this latest trip, specifically on developments in Africa and Brazil.
And not only will we hear, but we’ll be educated in words we can understand. Mike reminds us of Warren Buffett in his unique ability that enables us to learn while he updates us. We remember the first webinar we watched and his ability to put everything in words we could understand and relate to. This was one of the many reasons that made the decision easy for us to become Energea investors at the time.
Speaking of Warren Buffett, the only other investment where we feel we are treated as equals to the big dog investors is with Berkshire Hathaway. Where we hope that Greg Abel continues to keep the culture that Warren Buffett established! Likewise, we hope founders Mike Silvestrini and Chris Sattler can keep Energeas culture in tact, and keep doing all of these things we appreciate so much.
Us little dog investors appreciate mattering! And that feeling of being valued builds loyalty.
