Energea is waiting for the approval letter from the SEC, which could come any day! We can’t wait to invest in this portfolio for three reasons:
- We are expecting the IRR in the sweet spot of 11-13%.
- It will further diversify our portfolio. Different region, currency, and market. Additionally, the phase of solar development is near the beginning, so it puts it on a new timeline.
- When successful, the impact on bringing power to these communities will be incredible.
